 How to access Happe-Connect support

If you are experiencing technical difficulties or just need some help on how to start using Happe-Connect, we are here to help.  If you need immediate assistance, please call 800.393.9886 and select option 8 for technical support.  If we are busy assisting other customers, you can leave us a message and we will log your call, assign a case number and call you just as soon as we can.

You can also create a support case by sending an email to helpdesk@happe-mds.com.  Please include a detailed description of your question or issue.  Our case management system will initiate a support ticket and place it in our queue.  You will receive email notifcation to this effect which will allow you to track the progress.
